HI, I’M CONNOR
I am Fascia Educator, Nervous System Optimizer and Root Cause health practitioner, helping people with chronic pain by releasing unconscious trauma in the body.
I just turned 40 and my whole story can be summed up as "breaking up with my biceps” gym-meat-head turned holistic pain specialist.
I ditched all gym exercises turned into Pilates instructor and Martial artist. I dealt with enough injures and pain and finally figured out what's wrong and I tried absolutely everything, so you don’t have to.
I take full pride in offering my Holistic justice by promoting:

—Function over fashion
—Soul over ego
—Brain-based fitness over HITT exercise
I believe life is a continuum, a spiral of growth, healing and awareness. And fascia is the thread that connects it all.
Your pain is not in the way. It is the way.
I truly believe that perspective is power. What we think we want actually comes from our mind believing it lacks something, which is BS. We have everything we need.
I mean this in a true sense, not in some new-age, kumbaya way. We're all programmed to think we lack certain things, even though we don't. Through compassionate awareness, we can see these "unseen muscles" or the hidden strengths we already possess.
Our sense of lack is a mental illusion and shifting our perspective reveals the completeness we already possess.
My purpose is to help you see the deeper patterns—not just the surface-level stuff.
Not just in your mind but in your body, where the real story lives. I make it practical, relatable and something you can actually act on because taking action is healing.
Life is full of struggle. But I want you to engage in the kind that’s worth it.
I don’t just talk the talk. I live it.
Every session is a whole-body recalibration designed to help your body work with you, not against you.
